1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Infinity Creations LLC ("Infinity Creations", "we", "us"). They apply to every purchase made through this website, including website packages, monthly support plans, add-ons and domain names.
By placing an order or paying an invoice you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added where applicable and shown in the payment form before you confirm. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider at the time of purchase.
Website packages are one-time payments. Support plans are subscriptions billed monthly until cancelled. Domain names are billed at the live registrar price shown at checkout and renew annually at the registrar's then-current price unless cancelled.
3. Website packages
Each package includes the pages, features and revisions listed on the Packages page at the time of purchase. Work begins after payment, once you have provided the content and information we request.
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to the agreed scope. New pages, features or redesigns beyond the included revisions are quoted separately. Timelines depend on how quickly you provide content and feedback.
4. Support plans
Support plans include a monthly allowance of work time (15 minutes, 30 minutes or 2 hours depending on the plan). Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
Work beyond your monthly allowance is quoted and agreed before it is carried out. You can cancel a plan at any time from your client portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken.
5. Domain names
Domain names are registered through our registrar partner in Infinity Creations' account and are made available for your website. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been registered, because registrars do not refund registrations.
If a domain cannot be registered after payment (for example the name was taken or the price changed), we will contact you to choose an alternative or refund the domain portion of your payment.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for having the rights to use it (text, images, logos and trademarks). You must keep your portal access code private and tell us if it is lost or shared.
You agree not to use your website or our services for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
7. Ownership
Once your package is paid in full, you own the finished website content and design created for you. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Underlying tools, frameworks and reusable components we build with remain ours or their respective licensors', and are licensed to you as part of your website.
8. Refunds
If we have not started work on your package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment. Once work has started, refunds are partial and based on the work completed.
Monthly support plan payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once the period has started. Domain registration fees are non-refundable as described above.
9. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep your website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
